I incorporate 35mm film, medium-format film, and Instax mini Polaroids with digital photography for both your engagement session and wedding gallery. My editing is film-inspired, so it only makes sense to include the original, vintage analog with the modern digital.
PRINT YOUR FAVES.
Unlimited printing rights, always. Who knows what will happen with Facebook, Instagram, and our iPhone photo libraries in 10 or 20 years? Printing your pictures is the only way to guarantee your heirloom. You can order prints and albums directly through your online gallery shop, and you have a print release to take the files to another vendor of your choosing.

SUPER8 FILMS
Vintage home movie vibes, real deal film. Super8 films are the best way to capture your day with the romantic, nostalgic feels that make you want to watch the day unfold over and over again. ELOPEMENTS + INTIMATE WEDDINGS

DESIGNING YOUR DAY.
What if you got ready together, slowly sipping coffee while the sun peeks through the windows? Then put on your wedding clothes, and went for a walk to soak it in. We’ll drive to one of your favorite places, where you’ll make your vows together in private. Maybe a few family members join, or maybe it’s just us, while the officiant makes it official and we celebrate with a champagne toast and your favorite dessert. Filled with joy and peace, you now get to take portraits as a husband or a wife before sitting down to an intimate table of your favorite meal to share with your favorite person. Sound good? I can make that day happen for you.

I can’t wait for you to announce to the world that you eloped!! Your online pinterest-style gallery can be shared directly with family and friends, so that they can feel like they experienced the day right alongside you. You’ve always got unlimited download and printing rights, and there is an online print store included in your gallery to make ordering prints and albums easy peasy,
WHAT IS AN ELOPEMENT VS. A WEDDING?
I know there are a lot of terms floating around right now from weddings to elopements, micro weddings and intimate gatherings, and they all mean something slightly different and are relative to every vendor and couple. For me, elopements are two people with an officiant, maybe one or two guests, and often on a weekday. An intimate wedding is a step just slightly above that--probably with the couples immediate families and a few friends, in the 10-20 guest range having a dinner party in lieu of a reception at a venue. Even though 30-50 guests is a smaller guest count on average, I still consider it a full wedding day and treat the planning, coordination, and day-of festivities as such.

It’s totally normal to be nervous to take professional photos! But I’ve got your back. My job isn’t just to snap the shutter— it’s to plan a super fun afternoon at your favorite place with your favorite person, then to make you feel so comfortable that you let loose and almost forget the camera is even there.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH OUR HANDS?
I’m the queen of giving fun, fast directions that keep the moments candid and allow you to be yourselves. Throw out any ideas you have about prom poses and stiff smiles. We’re going to laugh, we’re going to run, we’re going to play games, we’re going to make dad jokes and drink champagne tell stories and embrace our inner kids until the sun goes down.

VINTAGE HOME MOVIE VIBES, REAL DEAL FILM.
Film is far from dead. In my opinion, we’ve all been living in the period of instant gratification and screens for long enough that a longing for physical film and the artistic process is making a big wave again. A partial day uses 3-4 rolls of film, and full days require about 6-8 rolls. That film gets shipped the day after your event for development and scanning, and returns to me about a month later where your narrative film is cut together, music added, and then delivered to you with a Vimeo link, and later, on a custom USB drive.
ALL THE ROMANTIC, NOSTALGIC FEELS.
8mm film has the feeling of being in a dream, looking back on golden memories. The focus is softer than modern digital video, but is still high quality and plenty sharp. One of the most surprising things guests comment on is loving the sound of the film reels as the Super8 camera is recording. It’s a sound most of us have only heard added in post production to make something feel nostalgic, and hearing it in person is something else.
NO CRAZY SETUPS, JUST ONE HANDHELD CAMERA.
It doesn’t get simpler than one, handheld camera. Super8 is an unobtrusive medium that feels more like a friend is documenting the day instead of a sleek, high tech cinema crew.
